Hi hello I got my car (S60R) of course at the end of last year after much research I have gone for the BSR PPC it looks good and veary easy to use ,  Which is great they give power increase of 300-354 bhp  , 400-493 nm
I have put the car on a rolling road before I put it on and the car was putting out 296.8 bhp  , When I have time I will put it back on to see the true gain , fingers crossed .  (all bhp at fly wheel)

My car 2004 S60R

p.s  when I learn to use a computer I will scan in both results of the rolling road.

I had a bad day on the dyno last week, I put out the same power as before even with the bsr chip on , :(

The chip is good my m8 has the same car as me and I left him standing on the motorway,  :D :D :D :D

It's not all bad,  It's now come to light that I have a faulty Turbo Control Valve and some other problems.

My latest is when rev the car to 5500 rpm and put my foot on the clutch the engine revs seem to jump to over 6000 rpm,

Anyone got any clue what my problem might be ( before you say my foot is off the gas. :P  )

If you don't believe me, I suggest you join www.swedespeed.com, go to the R forum and ask the same question.

MANY there have used all the tunes, IPD, RICA and BSR,[b] all the HP numbers are similar within 2-4 hp,/b] which yields about 32-35 HP period!
The only way you will get to 350-360 is with a stage 2 from another company, add a downpipe and exhaust (for starters)!
The other problem with the BSR tune is they do not offer a stage 2 or 3 (downpipe)so you're stuck with essentially a flash only and if you want more hp, (DP exhaust) you will need another ECU upgrade from someone else.

To make this very easy so you can understand, BSR has always LIED about their figures, they always have.
This has been proven over and over with dyno test results.

I also respecfully suggest you don't question someone who has been driving and modding these cars since the summer of 2003!

I think you need to grow up,

The whole point of a forum is to ask Q's, All you need to do is give an answer  or not the choice is yours.
